I'm so excited to share this big news! Debbie from Path to Wellness has had her massage practice here in VC for a long time. She has decided to retire, and I am taking over her space!

I will be remodeling the space to fit my brand, and I plan to have my grand opening in January 2027. In the meantime, I will continue to see clients from my in-home office.

I'm Adrienne, the therapist and sole owner behind Lioness Bodywork & Movement. With 9+ years of therapeutic massage experience, I work with real bodies

dealing with real things: chronic pain, hypermobility,

migraines, fibromyalgia, arthritis, nerve issues, injury

recovery, and the physical toll that things like anxiety and depression take on the body.

My approach is never one-size-fits-all. Every session starts with communication and assessment, never assumption.

I use what the research supports, adapt to what your

body is telling me, and work with you, not just on you.

ADDRESS: My home office is located in the central part of town in Valley Center, CA (North County San Diego). The exact address will be provided after your appointment is booked and confirmed.

TRAVEL: I offer mobile massage for very select situations, such as when the client is unable to drive. There is a base travel fee of $50. Extra charges may apply for further distances.
