Ninety minutes is Adrienne's preferred length for a reason. It's where therapeutic work happens. Enough time to thoroughly address multiple areas of the body and still have time to work with the whole body. Sessions are always tailored to exactly how you are feeling that specific day. Expect precision and presence to help you feel better in a way that lasts.
