Service Description

The 60-minute session is intentional by design. This is not the appointment for a full-body deep dive. It's ideal for clients who want focused work on one or two specific areas, or a more relaxing head-to-toe relaxation massage with no therapeutic agenda. If you're carrying significant tension in multiple places or desire focused work AND a full-body massage, the longer session lengths will serve you better. This hour is for maintenance, unwinding, and showing up for yourself consistently.
